Our jewelry pieces are created individually for each customer. Crafting normally takes 5–10 days, based on the design’s complexity.
Shipping and Returns
- Complimentary Shipping on all jewelry.
- Delivery time (after producing):
• USA: 10–19 days
• Europe & North America: 10–17 days
• Rest of the world: 15–27 days - Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, La Poste, Canada Post, and other national postal services.
- Packaging: Every order comes in a secure Stronzen gift box.
- Guarantee: We take full responsibility until delivery. Lost or damaged parcels will be replaced.
- Customs: Import duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Returns: 30-day return policy for non-personalized jewelry. Items must be unworn, in original packaging.
- Exceptions: Engraved or custom-made pieces are final sale (unless defective).
