PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Our jewelry is made to order, and production typically takes 5–10 days, depending on how complex the design is. You can find more details on each product page, and if you need a specific deadline, feel free to contact us.
Transit time vary by region:
- 10–19 days to the US (usually about 15–22 days in total from the date you place the order).
- 10–15 days to Europe (usually around 15–22 days total).
- 15–24 business days to other destinations (usually about 20–31 days total).
All parcels are shipped via standard airmail. In the United States, deliveries are handled by USPS or UPS. In Canada by UPS or Canada Post, in the UK by Royal Mail, in France by La Poste, in Austria by Österreichische Post, in Belgium by Bpost, in Ireland by An Post, in Norway by Posten, in Spain by Correos, in Switzerland by Swiss Post, and similar national postal carriers elsewhere.
Your order is covered until it's safely in your hands. If the package is lost or damaged, we’ll ship a new one right away.
STRONZEN is a jewelry brand with production and fulfillment based in Ukraine. International shipping takes a little longer, as every piece is handcrafted and sent directly from our workshop.
Despite the distance, our logistics are well-established — we guarantee delivery within the stated timeframes.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept credit and debit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB. Payments can also be completed via PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. If you face difficulties, we're here to help.
SIZING
Of course. We resize at no cost — you just pay for shipping the item back to us. The process usually takes one week, but keep in mind that during peak times (e.g., December) it may take a little longer.
Look at Ring Size Guide on any Ring Product Page to help determine the size. We recommend going with a size that is easy to slide on and slightly resistant when taking it off.
METALS & STONES
All of our jewelry is crafted in Solid Sterling Silver 925.
At the moment, we provide five options for stone customization. We use high-quality Cubic Zirconia (CZ) in different shades: clear (diamond), black diamond, emerald, sapphire, and garnet. The available stones for each design are shown on the product page.
CUSTOMIZATION
We welcome personalization! Pick a design you like and make it yours by adding an engraving, initials (if available), or selecting different stones.
Yes! We provide complimentary laser engraving so you can add something personal — like a special date, name, short phrase and even sentences (depends on space). Keep in mind, engraved pieces cannot be returned (unless defective).
Yes, we can slightly adjust the dimensions of any piece upon request. Just contact us with the details, and we will get back to you shortly.
DUTIES AND TAXES
International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in accordance with the regulations of their country.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be sent back in unworn condition, with their original packaging and documentation, within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that personalized items (including any internal or external engraving), resized or repaired pieces, and items previously exchanged are not eligible for return.
If you received an item you like but notice a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within up to 30 days, although they are typically completed within 14 days.
Customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
