Limited Lifetime Warranty
At STRONZEN, we value lasting relationships with our clients, which is why we stand firmly behind the quality of every piece we create. To give you peace of mind, all of our jewelry is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Before any item leaves our workshop, it goes through a detailed inspection to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. If your item ever arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Warranty Terms
The warranty begins on the original date of purchase. To access any warranty service, please provide your original receipt together with the Certificate of Authenticity.
What Our Warranty Covers
We offer complimentary maintenance services that help keep your jewelry in optimal condition over the years:
• Prong tightening
Keeps gemstones secure by reinforcing or adjusting the metal prongs holding them in place. This is especially important for rings worn daily.
• Re-polishing
Restores the original shine by removing surface marks and light scratches. Our solid 925 sterling silver pieces are thick enough to allow safe re-polishing multiple times over the years.
• Professional cleaning
Deep cleansing that removes micro-debris, buildup, and dullness from daily wear – restoring the brightness of metal.
If a manufacturing defect is reported within 30 days of receiving your jewelry, we also provide product exchange and free stone replacement.
Example of Warranty Service
A customer wears a ring every day without taking it off and eventually scratches the shank. They contact us through the website form, email, or chatbot and describe the issue. The customer ships the ring to us. Our team performs a full professional cleaning and re-polishing. The thickness of our rings (starting from 1.8 mm) allows us to safely remove even deeper scratches with additional brushing.
Important
All warranty work must be carried out directly by STRONZEN's team. If any adjustments are made by another jeweler – even simple tasks like sizing, polishing, or tightening stones – the warranty becomes void. STRONZEN reserves the right to either repair or replace the item under warranty.
Exception: If you’d like another jeweler to work on your piece, please email us beforehand. Once approved, your warranty will remain valid, but it may no longer cover the parts of the jewelry that were altered by the third-party jeweler.
Shipping Responsibility
If a defect is not reported within the first 30 days after delivery, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs both to and from STRONZEN. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
What Is Not Covered
Some issues are considered normal wear and tear or the result of external factors, and therefore are not included in the warranty:
- Discoloration of metals caused by contact with lotions, cosmetics, household chemicals, or alcohol. (Tip: remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using a hot tub.)
- Stones lost due to damage from daily use or accidental impact.
- Negligence, misuse, or intentional/accidental damage to the jewelry.
