Limited Lifetime Warranty

At STRONZEN, we value lasting relationships with our clients, which is why we stand firmly behind the quality of every piece we create. To give you peace of mind, all of our jewelry is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Before any item leaves our workshop, it goes through a detailed inspection to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. If your item ever arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty begins on the original date of purchase.
  • To use the warranty service, you’ll need your original receipt along with the Certificate of Authenticity.
  • We provide complimentary services such as prong tightening, re-polishing, and professional cleaning.
  • If a defect is reported within 30 days of receiving your jewelry, we also offer free stone replacement.

All warranty work must be carried out directly by STRONZEN’s team. If any adjustments are made by another jeweler — even simple tasks like sizing, polishing, or tightening stones — the warranty becomes void. STRONZEN reserves the right to either repair or replace the item under warranty.

Exception: If you’d like another jeweler to work on your piece, please email us beforehand. Once approved, your warranty will remain valid, but it may no longer cover the parts of the jewelry that were altered by the third-party jeweler.

Shipping Responsibility

If a defect is not reported within the first 30 days after delivery, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs both to and from STRONZEN. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

What Is Not Covered

Some issues are considered normal wear and tear or the result of external factors, and therefore are not included in the warranty:

  • Discoloration of metals caused by contact with lotions, cosmetics, household chemicals, or alcohol. (Tip: remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using a hot tub.)
  • Stones lost due to damage from daily use or accidental impact.
  • Negligence, misuse, or intentional/accidental damage to the jewelry.
