  Non-personalized jewelry can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  
  
• Return Conditions

○ Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

○ Please include the original invoice and documentation if possible. If you no longer have it, a note with your order details and contact information is enough.

○ Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

○ We strongly recommend using a trackable service.

• Personalized Jewelry
  Items with engraving or other unique customizations are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective. This includes any piece made with your chosen name, date, message, or design feature.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Funds are returned to the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days, although most refunds are completed within 14 days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer are not refundable.
