- Packaging: Every order comes in a secure Stronzen box.
- Guarantee: We take full responsibility until delivery. Lost or damaged parcels will be replaced.
- Customs: Import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Returns: 30-day return policy for non-personalized jewelry. Items must be unworn, in original packaging.
- Exceptions: personalized pieces are final sale (unless defective).

The pendant is delivered together with a 3mm stainless steel box chain.

If you received an item you like but notice a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within up to 30 days, although they are typically completed within 14 days.
Customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
