- Guarantee: We take full responsibility until delivery. Lost or damaged parcels will be replaced.
- Customs: Import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Returns: 30-day return policy for non-personalized jewelry. Items must be unworn, in original packaging.
- Exceptions: personalized pieces are final sale (unless defective).

We offer several options for customizing your necklace pendant:
- You can add a custom engraving inside the pendant.
- In most pieces with stones, we offer you the option to choose the stone you want from our list.
- You can choose a necklace with initials and specify the letters that we should engrave.
- We can adjust the dimensions of the tag or amulet upon your request. Just contact us with the details, and we will get back to you with a response.
The pendant is delivered together with a 3mm stainless steel box chain.
