• USA and Canada: 10–19 days
• Europe: 10–17 days
• Rest of the world: 15–27 days - Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, La Poste, Canada Post, and other national postal services.
- Packaging: Every order comes in a secure Stronzen branded box.
- Guarantee: We take full responsibility until delivery. Lost or damaged parcels will be replaced.
- Customs: Import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Returns: 30-day return policy for non-personalized jewelry. Items must be unworn, in original packaging.
- Exceptions: personalized pieces are final sale (unless defective).
- Exclusions: No shipping to Brazil, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, or Belarus.

- Store silver jewelry separately to avoid scratches — use soft pouches, boxes with dividers, or individual cases.
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, cleaning, sports, or gardening. Moisture, sweat, and chemicals can dull the shine.

NEVER:

Yes. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be sent back in unworn condition, with their original packaging and documentation, within 30 days of delivery.

If you received an item you like but notice a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within up to 30 days, although they are typically completed within 14 days.
Customs duties and import taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
