At STRONZEN, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship our jewelry and how returns work.
Shipping
- Free Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all jewelry orders — no hidden charges. - Delivery Timeframes
Once your piece is crafted, delivery generally takes:
– United States: 10–19 business days in transit (about 15–25 days total from the date you place the order).
– Europe & North America: 10–17 business days in transit (around 15–23 days in total).
– Rest of the World: 15–24 business days in transit (approx. 21–31 days total).

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Europe (both Western & Eastern), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan. - Carriers
All parcels are shipped via standard airmail and then handled by trusted national carriers:
- United States: USPS, UPS, and others
- Canada: UPS or Canada Post
- UK: Royal Mail
- France: La Poste
- Austria: Österreichische Post
- Belgium: Bpost
- Ireland: An Post
- Norway: Posten
- Spain: Correos
- Switzerland: Swiss Post
- and similar services in other countries.
- Packaging
Each jewelry piece is carefully packed in an elegant Stronzen gift box. We focus on both safety and presentation, so your jewelry arrives secure and gift-ready. - Responsibility & Replacements
We take full responsibility for your parcel until it reaches you. In the rare case of loss or damage during delivery, we will replace your item (replacement is sent once we receive confirmation of the issue from the carrier). If your order is damaged, please email us at service@stronzen.com with photos of the item, and we will guide you through the next steps. - Possible Delays
International shipping sometimes encounters customs delays. If your order seems to be held up, just contact us and we’ll help. - Customs & Import Duties
Please note: buyers are responsible for any import duties or customs taxes applied by their country. Stronzen cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs.
Returns
- 30-Day Return Policy
Non-personalized jewelry can be returned within 30 days of delivery. - Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
- Please include the original invoice if possible. If you no longer have it, a note with your order details and contact information is enough.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable service. Stronzen is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
- Personalized Jewelry
Items with engraving or other unique customizations are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective. This includes any piece made with your chosen name, date, message, or design feature.

Limitations
- We currently do not ship to countries outside the listed regions.
- We cannot sell or deliver to territories sanctioned by the US government: Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria.
We do not ship to the Russian Federation, Belarus, Brazil.
